The Caregiver Support
program targets individuals of any age who are caring for someone age 60 plus,
and grandparents (age 60+) who are raising their grandchildren* (under 18 years
old).
The Program provides:
Information about
available services
Assistance in gaining
access to services
Individual counseling,
support groups, and training to assist caregivers in making decisions and
solving problems
Respite care to
temporarily relieve caregivers of their caregiving duties and responsibilities
Limited supplemental services that complement the care provided by caregivers, such
as:
Adult Day Care
Institutional Respite
Homemaker/Personal Assistance
Health Maintenance
Residential Repair
Transportation
Home Delivered Meals
Emergency Response
All supportive services
are available on a donation basis.
