Caregiver Support Program

The Caregiver Support program targets individuals of any age who are caring for someone age 60 plus, and grandparents (age 60+) who are raising their grandchildren* (under 18 years old).

The Program provides:

  • Information about available services

  • Assistance in gaining access to services

  • Individual counseling, support groups, and training to assist caregivers in making decisions and solving problems

  • Respite care to temporarily relieve caregivers of their caregiving duties and responsibilities

  • Limited supplemental services that complement the care provided by caregivers, such as:

    • Adult Day Care

    • Institutional Respite

    • Homemaker/Personal Assistance

    • Health Maintenance

    • Residential Repair

    • Transportation

    • Home Delivered Meals

    • Emergency Response

All supportive services are available on a donation basis.
